What is the best adjustment for best photos or videos at night ?
Set it to 1080 video and the highest resolution on pictures to get the best results.
Is the IR flash noticeable to humans at night time?
No. The built-in IR doesn't glow at night.
Where can I find the downloaded pictures and videos?
Tap the top left corner on the main page. In the local album, you can choose the one you like and then tap the "Share" button to save the picture and video on your phone. (on iOS, it can be saved in your phone but on android can only be shared o social media or stored in cloud network disk)
Is a network required?
No, is not required. The images are stored on a micro SD and the camera works without WiFi.

What is the estimated delivery time?
All orders are handled within 48 hours. On weekends and major holidays, orders are not sent. The order cut off time will be 6 PM (GMT-7)
For orders placed within the US, the approximate delivery period is 2-5 days business days.
