At this moment, we only serve customers in the United States.

A. SHIPPING COSTS & SALES TAX

We offer Free Shipping in the US.

As a registered LLC in Wyoming, we are required to collect sales tax for purchases made by customers located within the state.

The sales tax rate for Wyoming will be added to the final price of all products and will be reflected at checkout. This means that customers located in Wyoming may see an increase in the total price due to the added sales tax.

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME DOMESTICALLY

  • We process all orders within 48 hours after you place the order (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once processed, shipments are usually in transit for 2-5 business days.
  • The order cut-off time will be 6 PM (GMT-7)

C. DELIVERY TERMS

We use USP, USPS and FedEx to deliver your products.

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@avengear.com or come to our store.

E. CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy

F. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for next steps at support@avengear.com
